The heat absorbing body is mainly made of a metal material, and the initial structure is a steel pipe tying structure. Later, a welded type, an aluminum wing type, a copper-aluminum composite type has appeared, each having its own merits. Some combine thermal conductivity difference, some have too high energy consumption, some have too many consumables, and some have complicated processes. But in common, heat transfer is several tens to hundreds of times higher than glass. For example, the thermal conductivity of copper is around 320, aluminum is around 160, copper is around 40, and glass is only 0.64. The pressure resistance can reach 10KG/CM2, and the glass can not withstand the pressure of 0.5KG/CM2.
Therefore, the metal heat absorber can perform natural circulation, forced circulation and direct current operation. Since the flow rate is proportional to the heat transfer coefficient, the heat absorption efficiency of the metal heat absorber is also much higher.
